Archive for September, 2008

Each Sunday from now on will see a theme from this here blog; I decided this after re watching one of my all time favourite films, High Fidelity. I’m not going to explain it, just watch it.
Starting today, I’m going to be compiling a Top 5 chart. Each week the chart will be different in [...]

This lady no longer needs an introduction.
All I will say is that after this track found its way to me, I’m anticipating her album release even more than I was before…And that was alot. ‘Dream Date’ comes out on November the 4th and I think we all know its going to be big.
With this track [...]

I’ve come across something this evening that has truly given me butterflies.
October the 14th is going to be a very special day for me indeed. As this day sees the release of a long awaited E.P. It is entitled ‘Thieves’ and includes 6 previously unreleased tracks by a very special band called The Organ.

I won’t lie, on a few occasions I found this pretty depressing. Like trying to put up our “home” in the rain and watching it fill up with water for example. Or witnessing the power on the BBC [...]

The weather is disgusting.
Right now I am sincerley hoping that Met Check is correct about the sun coming out at Bestival. Because I havent got wellies and will sulk if it rains loads. No one wants that now do they?
In theme with the current weather heres a track from another artist I’m looking forward to [...]
