Kitchen Utensils
This has got to be the catchiest remix I’ve come across in ages. Sinden gives Chairlift’s ‘Evident Utensil’ a real carnival vibe which is perfect for the summer season.
Sinden’s mix of the track follows already strong remixes by the likes of MGMT and The Juan Maclean but smashes them both straight out of the water. [...]

Collect Call
I still can’t get enough of ‘Fantasies’ every track is an absolute winner. Next up on the remix front comes a man by the name of Tom Wrecks. His remix of Metric’s ‘Collect Call’ has just hit the ground running in the blog world and its a keeper.
Absolutely superb. His use of the vocal lines [...]

Supernova
Doorly has served up another superb dubstep remix for us and this time its Kanye West and Mr Hudson on the menu. I’ve got to say, I’ve never been a massive Dubstep fan, but this guy is pretty much single handedly changing that with every one of his tracks coming my way.
The original track is [...]

Young & Unique
As anyone who writes a music blog knows, you tend to get alot of e-mails requesting that an artists music is submitted for review. This is great as you get the opportunity to discover artists you may be really into before other people may come across them. However, it comes with a downside as the [...]

Re-Gifting…
Courtesy of Fools Gold, a new N.A.S.A remix. This time by Treasure Fingers.
Steve Aoki’s remix of ‘Gifted’ made some real waves in terms of popularity and I’m guessing this one will do the same. Treasure Fingers provide us with a fun, synth packed version that has their signature sound all over it.
I don’t think I’ll [...]

Audiostalkers
I figured it was about time I posted about these three guys from Sweden who have a real talent for turning classic hip hop tracks into real dance floor bangers.
If you haven’t come across Audiostalkers before, then you’re in for a real treat. I suggest you track down EP ‘Gouled Felem’ (their debut on Potty [...]

Fixin To Thrill
Its been two whole years since Dragonette appeared to dominating the underground indie scene with their incredibly infectious ‘I Get Around’ and their tongue in cheek cover of ‘The Girls’ by Calvin Harris. Two years have gone quick right?
The Canadian Electro Popsters are back with what could of been disappointing follow up, but instead not [...]

Chins Up
Rochelle have already seen their popular track ‘Chin Up’ remixed by Andy George this year and now, hot on his heels is another one of my top rated DJ’s, A1 Bassline.
Personally, I didn’t enjoy the original track too much, but both of these guys have managed to turn it into something quite remarkable by comparison.
Rochelle [...]
