We Are Your Friends began in March 2007 and is now one of the biggest, if not THE biggest indie/electro/rave night in the Southwest. They currently rule the roost in Bournemouth with over 11 club nights/parties going on at various times.
They’ve been involved with brilliant acts such as Mystery Jets DJ’s, Shitdisco DJ’s, Stopmakingme!, Big In Japan DJ’s (personal favourites of mine), Partyshank, Kid Carpet and many many more. Their biggest night resides at The Old Firestation but their resident DJ’s Ste-V Something and Bits Missing along with Stopmakingme! and the chaps at Big In Japan also have massive events coming up including playing at this years Glastonbury.
In October, We Are Your Friends is branching out with a new wave of parties in different towns. And today I got some exciting news involving me getting involved with a future event in Southampton. Personally, I’m incredibly excited..Watch this space for more news over the coming months.
